Dear Class of 1983 member:
We hope that you (and any members of your family who wish to come) will be able to join us for one or more of the reunion events scheduled for Columbus Day Weekend! We promise that it will be fun, accommodating for your kids (if you have ‘em) and well worth your effort. Many of you have already indicated that you plan to be there. Now you can make your decision official!

The Events:

Friday evening:
Informal Drop-in Billiards Café (www.thebilliardscafe.com), 39 Main Street, Ayer, MA from 7 PM to 10 PM or so.

Saturday:
9:30 – 4:00 Gathering at the Harvard Flea Market (www.harvardfleamarket.com)

11:00 -- Noon Tours of Bromfield with members of the class of 2009 (!)

Noon – 3:00 Foliage and apple picking tours

3:00 -- 6:00 Heated Pool Party for the kids at Kids Club Arnold, including badminton, horse shoes, hay rides, and llama and sheep petting, weather permitting

6:00 Cocktails at the Arnold’s

7:00 Gourmet Buffet Dinner at the Arnold’s - This will be a full-scale eating experience, with something for everyone, including those of you who do not eat meat. After Dinner activities will include the Senior Slide Show, and a high school trivia quiz! And we will have babysitters available to look after your kids.

Arnold house is located at 57 Old Mill Road, Harvard.

Need a place to stay? We recommend the Mariott SpringHill Suites, just a few minutes from Harvard. Price:
All this can be yours for the incredible early bird price of just $75.00 per adult person. After October 1 or on site registration is $95 per person. No charge for kids. This covers the cost of food, catering, tents, libations, janitors, etc – most of it for the Saturday night events. We do not, however, want anyone turned away due to cost. If this is a hardship for you, please let a member of the planning committee know.

Please rsvp to Alan Douglass with your yes/no/maybe as soon as possible, either by mail, email, or phone. We need to know very soon how many people might be coming, and how many kids and what ages! Then when you are sure one way or the other, please mail the following registration form along with payment, or send him the funds via paypal. Checks should be payable to Alan Douglass, and the registration form and payment should be mailed or emailed to him at the following address. The website will then be updated accordingly.
